Role Overview: HofRaz is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Part-Time Automation Expert to streamline our operations and enhance our efficiency through cutting-edge automation solutions. This role is crucial in optimizing our workflows, reducing manual processes, and driving productivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Strategy: Develop and implement effective automation strategies to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Tool Integration: Identify, configure, and integrate automation tools to enhance various functions, including marketing, sales, and customer support.
• Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual efforts and increase productivity.
• Scripting and Programming: Write and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and data workflows.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of automated systems, monitor performance, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to understand their needs and tailor automation solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on using automated systems and tools effectively

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation, preferably within the tech or consulting industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Skills required

• Proficiency in automation tools and software such as Zapier, Integromat, UiPath, or similar.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
